Geographe Education Support Centre is a vibrant small special needs school located in Busselton. We are a close knit team that is passionate about special needs education. We work closely together to ensure the best educational outcomes for our students, in an environment that thrives on teamwork, professional conduct and flexibility.
Within our care, students will learn how to care for themselves, be responsible, be safe, protect themselves and be confident and caring members of our community. We offer a diverse range of programs where students can explore, discover and find new interests both in the classroom and in the wider community. We want our students to have a lifelong love of learning.
Our dual campus school means our students have the opportunity to participate and integrate with mainstream students, learning from their peers and joining in many of the activities held such as the school ball, beach carnival and workplace learning at the high school. And the sports carnival, assemblies and music at the primary site.
Our school is staffed by specialised personnel, who are highly trained and passionate about their role in your child’s life. Staff work with you to provide an educational program that supports the individual learning needs of your child. The specialised teaching skills, combined with experience will ensure the school will provide a comprehensive program to set your child up for success.
We are very proud of our students, families and staff and we invite you to come and see for yourself the opportunities available to you and your child at our school.
Kind regards,
Vicki Peters
